About
our farmers...
Boyce co-founded Bullseye Glass Co. in 1974. After selling his company in 1984, Boyce and his
wife organized and taught glass fusing techniques at Camp Colton for eight years. During this time Boyce wrote and published three
books on glass fusing, kiln working, glass casting, and mold making. In the 1990's Boyce moved on to making glass tile, co-founding
Oceanside Glasstile Co., and Boyce and Bean Natural Glass and Clay. Combining experience and knowledge gained from over 30 years of
glass working, Boyce is now turning his attention to the Fusing Farm.
Patrick Lundstrom has grown up doing fusing. His kindergarten
color-theory project was painting with the light created by overlapping
primary colors of glass and fusing it. His primary and secondary school
years were spent assisting the family business at Camp Colton. In
college Patrick became a biological farmer, studying Bio-Resource
Research. In recent years he has been applying his research education,
as well as his fusing background, to assisting Boyce develop new innovations
for the Fusing Farm.
